Dear Premier,

It is with sadness that I must report to you that your Minster for Mental Health; Martin Foley, has failed to fulfil his dedicated function as the responsible Minister in the forwarded matter.

He is clearly putting the needs of a medical profession, that is clearly at fault here, ahead of the needs of those it has diagnosed as mentally ill.

Please instruct Martin Foley to instruct the MHCC to send “2017.04.18_IDEAL_SOLUTION.pdf” to Yonchev.

This should lift into Yonchev’s consciousness the error of his ways and logically he should open himself up to overrule by the logic of my argument.
